I had to share this before & after from Leclair Decor that was featured on desire to inspire this week. I was just blown away by this kitchen. The transformation is amazing and they really only changed four [relatively simple & inexpensive] things as far as I can tell.

(1) Painted the walls white.
(2) Painted the cabinets charcoal grey.
(3) Put in new lighting fixtures.
(4) Replaced the countertops.

Same configuration, same cabinets, same appliances, same backsplash. I am truly in awe. Such a stunning, but yet still budget-friendly, project.
