Phew! The scale is moving in the right direction again. Today I am just a mere 5 pounds from my goal of 148! It’s been said that the last 5 pounds are the hardest. Let’s hope it’s not too hard.

Surprisingly, I did go to the gym this week. For now, I am just asking myself for one day per week. And that day is Monday. Go at lunch, go after work, whatever. But hit the gym on Monday. If I don’t set foot in the gym again ’til the following Monday, so be it. That’s the plan, folks.
